By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Contact Information. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

2. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, packaging, and other details accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be corrected or updated when necessary.

Our American mahjong products are intended for recreational use. Unless expressly stated on the product page, no product is affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party league, association, or rules publisher.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or incomplete customer information. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier operations, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

The shipping method, estimated delivery window, tracking availability, and treatment of duties or import charges will be stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Please contact us promptly if tracking indicates a delivery problem.

6. Returns, damage, and defects

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom or personalized products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers should report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within seven days of delivery and retain the packaging and photographs needed for review.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
