30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email chunqiuyan860@gmail.com before sending any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by us in China.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required because of our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Used or opened items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Order cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
